We are a leading company in Bahrain specializing in Structural, Special Fabrication, and Mechanical Works. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the Bahrain market to join our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business opportunities in general & special fabrication and industrial-mechanical projects.

• Conduct site visits, prepare, and submit quotations to clients.

• Perform regular field visits to generate orders and collect payments from customers.

• Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned key accounts.

• Maximize customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Achieve sales targets and work efficiently under pressure.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Bahrain in Structural, Special Fabrication, or Mechanical Works.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Valid Bahrain Driving License.

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

• Willingness to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• تحقيق أعلى مستويات خدمة العملاء وضمان رضاهم الكامل.

• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والعمل بكفاءة تحت الضغط.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3–4 سنوات في البحرين في الأعمال الهيكلية أو التصنيع الخاص أو الأعمال الميكانيكية.

• درجة البكالوريوس مفضلة.

• رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية المفعول.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة ومحادثة.

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف.
