Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all pool safety equipment is in place and functioning properly.

• Monitor and enforce pool rules and regulations for all guests and members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with staff hiring, supervision, scheduling, training, and development.

• Ensure all relevant policies and employment practices are followed in banquet and F&B departments.

• Assist with purchasing produce, meats, poultry, fish and seafood, supplies, beverages, and equipment.

• Help receive and check all F&B orders to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.

• Supervise inventories and oversee cleaning and maintenance of F&B facilities and equipment.

• Investigate and resolve any food quality or service complaints.
