Mechanical Engineer

📌 المهام والمسؤوليات

التأكد من إجراء تحليلات كافية للمهام لضمان تنفيذ العمل بأمان.
ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال الميكانيكية وفقًا لإجراءات العمل الآمنة والأنظمة المعتمدة.
تنسيق وتوزيع العمل على الفنيين حسب التوجيهات.
طلب المعدات والمواد والمستهلكات حسب الحاجة وضمن حدود الصلاحية.
مراقبة استخدام المواد والحفاظ على المعدات لتقليل الهدر والتلف.
إعداد جداول قصيرة المدى بشكل يومي أو أسبوعي حسب الاتفاق.
ضمان توظيف جميع الأيدي العاملة الميكانيكية بكفاءة وفعالية.
توفير القيادة والتوجيه للعمال المعينين.
إحالة أي إجراءات تأديبية إلى المسؤول المباشر في الورشة.
التأكد من تنفيذ العمل وفقًا لأوامر العمل أو جدول الأعمال.
ضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقًا لمتطلبات الجودة والمواصفات، وإتمام المستندات في الوقت المحدد.
إكمال بطاقات الوقت اليومية بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
المساعدة في خلق بيئة عمل متناغمة وبناء الفريق وتدريب المتدربين وغيرهم من الموظفين حسب الحاجة.
التنسيق مع مشرفي التخصصات الأخرى.
الحفاظ على نظافة وسلامة مكان العمل باستمرار.

📌 Job Description: Mechanical Supervisor / Foreman

📌 Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure sufficient task analyses are completed to carry out work safely.
Ensure all mechanical tasks are performed following safe working procedures and systems.
Coordinate and allocate work to trade employees as directed.
Request equipment, materials, and consumables as needed within authorized limits.
Monitor use of materials and care of equipment to minimize waste and damage.
Prepare short-term schedules at agreed frequency (daily and weekly).
Ensure all mechanical labor is consistently employed efficiently and effectively.
Provide leadership and direction to assigned labor.
Refer any disciplinary issues to the Workshop In-Charge.
Ensure work is performed as per job cards or work schedules.
Ensure all work is carried out per quality standards and specifications and that documentation is completed on time.
Ensure daily timecards are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Assist in managing a harmonious work environment, team building, and training of apprentices or other employees as required.
Liaise and coordinate with other trade supervisors.
Maintain ongoing housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
Enforce safety protocols through regular communication and toolbox meetings.
Ensure tools and equipment are secured and used correctly.
Estimate remaining man-hours required to complete assigned tasks.
