وصف الوظيفة:
يتحمل فني ضبط الجودة مسؤولية تنفيذ الاختبارات اللازمة لدعم تشغيل المصفاة بكفاءة والتأكد من مطابقة المنتجات النهائية للمواصفات. يجب أن يتمتع الموظف بدقة عالية في تنفيذ الاختبارات، حيث قد تؤدي النتائج غير الدقيقة إلى الحاجة لإعادة المزج أو التأخير في التسليم مما يتسبب في شكاوى العملاء.

المسؤوليات:

• إجراء اختبارات مخبرية فيزيائية على عينات صلبة وسائلة لتوفير بيانات لعمليات التحكم والمزج وشهادات المنتجات وتحسين أداء وحدات المصفاة.

• تنفيذ اختبارات تحقق أو مراقبة عند وجود نزاع يتعلق بجودة العينات أو أي شكاوى من العملاء.

• فحص الأجهزة قبل استخدامها للتأكد من جاهزيتها وصلاحيتها.

• الحفاظ على نظافة جميع أجهزة المختبر قبل وبعد الاستخدام وضمان جاهزيتها للتحليل التالي.

• الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي أعطال بالأجهزة لمشرف الوردية لضمان استمرارية توفر المعدات.

• استخدام الأدوات المناسبة لقياس الخصائص الفيزيائية لعمليات المصفاة والمنتجات النهائية لتحقيق دقة في الاختبارات.

• الحفاظ على دفاتر بيانات الاختبارات وسجلات المختبر بما يتوافق مع متطلبات نظام الجودة المعتمد.

Technician – Quality Control

Job Description:
The Technician Quality Control position is responsible for performing tests that support the efficient operation of the refinery and ensure certification of finished products. Accuracy is critical, as incorrect test data can lead to giveaways, re-blending needs, delays, and customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical lab tests on solid and liquid samples to provide data for process control, product blending, certification, and refinery process optimization.

• Perform verification/witness testing under referee conditions in case of quality issues or customer disputes.

• Check all equipment before use to ensure it is suitable, and clean all laboratory equipment before and after use to keep it ready for the next analysis.

• Promptly report any equipment faults to the Shift Supervisor to ensure continuous equipment availability.

• Use appropriate instruments to measure physical properties of refinery processes and final products to ensure testing accuracy.

• Maintain lab test data books and other records to comply with the laboratory's quality system requirements.
