المهام والمسؤوليات:

تحليل المخططات التنفيذية والوثائق الأخرى لإعداد تقديرات الوقت والتكلفة والمواد والعمالة.

تقييم فعالية التكاليف للمنتجات أو المشاريع أو الخدمات ومتابعة التكاليف الفعلية مقارنة بالعروض طوال تنفيذ المشروع.

التشاور مع العملاء والموردين والعاملين في الأقسام الأخرى أو مسؤولي المواقع لمناقشة وتطوير التقديرات وحل المشكلات.

التنسيق مع المهندسين والمعماريين والملاك والمقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن بشأن التغييرات والتعديلات في التقديرات.
-
إعداد التقديرات اللازمة للإدارة لأغراض التخطيط والتنظيم وجدولة العمل.
-
إعداد تقديرات تُستخدم لاختيار الموردين أو المقاولين من الباطن.
-
القدرة على فحص وأخذ القياسات من الموقع لإعداد التقديرات بدقة.

تحديد وتقدير عوامل التكلفة مثل وقت الإنتاج، المواد الخام، المعدات، ونفقات العمالة.

السفر إلى مواقع المشاريع لجمع معلومات حول المواد المطلوبة ومتطلبات العمالة والعوامل الأخرى.

Position: Estimator (Joinery & Fitout)
Location: Manama, Bahrain

Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyze shop drawings and related documents to prepare estimates for time, cost, materials, and labor.

Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects, or services; track actual costs versus bids throughout project execution.

Consult with clients, vendors, internal staff, or construction site personnel to develop and adjust estimates and resolve issues.

Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on cost estimate changes and updates.
-
Prepare estimates for use in planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
-
Prepare estimates for selecting vendors or subcontractors.
-
Take and verify site measurements to support estimate accuracy.
-
Identify and quantify cost factors such as production time, raw materials, equipment, and labor.
-
Visit job sites to gather information on required materials, labor, and other project factors.

Read blueprints and technical documentation to prepare detailed estimates.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, owners, and contractors throughout the estimation process.
