Job Description
The Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Manager is responsible for the global HSE team and the definition and execution of the company’s HSE strategy. This role involves implementing environmental health and safety policies across EFI’s operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, preventing injuries, and minimizing environmental impact.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the HSE strategy for the company

• Manage the global HSE team

• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws

• Continuously improve health, safety, and environmental management

• Prepare and disseminate relevant documentation for legal compliance

• Promote corporate safety culture across all company levels

• Conduct risk assessments and develop emergency and evacuation plans

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and appropriate employee behavior

• Organize and manage health, safety, and environmental training

• Collaborate with external consultants for specialized trainings and investigations

• Identify and resolve non-compliance issues

• Coordinate medical examinations and health-related workplace activities

• Support new site design compliance with safety and environmental regulations

• Collaborate with authorities on insurance claims and incident management

• Define and monitor KPIs related to HSE performance

• Develop procedures and manuals to improve health, safety, and environmental protection

• Support international subsidiaries with local law compliance

• Draft reports for management audits on HSE performance

• Implement ergonomic analyses where needed

• Maintain relations with official regulatory bodies and third-party HSE companies

• Participate in ESG initiatives related to HSE

Job Requirements:

• Engineering degree or related courses in Ergonomics, Safety, and Health preferred

• 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar global environment and industry

• Knowledge of HSE regulations in Spain, Italy, UK, Israel, Turkey, and the US

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience working in chemical plants with toxic substances is a plus

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and cross-cultural environments

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, team leadership, and presentation skills

• English required; additional languages are a plus

مدير أول للبيئة والصحة والسلامة مسؤول عن فريق HSE العالمي وتعريف وتنفيذ استراتيجية HSE للشركة. يشمل الدور تنفيذ سياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة عبر عمليات EFI، وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية، ومنع الإصابات وتقليل الأثر البيئي.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجية الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للشركة

• إدارة فريق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة العالمي

• مراقبة الامتثال لقوانين الصحة والسلامة والبيئة

• تحسين إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة بشكل مستمر

• إعداد وتوزيع الوثائق اللازمة للامتثال القانوني

• نشر ثقافة السلامة في جميع مستويات الشركة

• إجراء تقييمات المخاطر ووضع خطط الطوارئ والإخلاء

• إجراء تدقيقات لضمان الامتثال وسلوك الموظفين المناسب

• تنظيم وإدارة تدريبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة

• التعاون مع مستشارين خارجيين للتدريبات المتخصصة والتحقيقات

• تحديد ومعالجة قضايا عدم الامتثال

• تنسيق الفحوصات الطبية والأنشطة المتعلقة بالصحة في مكان العمل

• دعم الامتثال لمواقع جديدة في التصميم

• التعاون مع الجهات المختصة في إدارة مطالبات التأمين والحوادث

• تحديد ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة

• تطوير الإجراءات والكتيبات لتحسين الصحة والسلامة والبيئة

• دعم الفروع الدولية في الامتثال للقوانين المحلية

• إعداد تقارير تدقيق الإدارة حول أداء الصحة والسلامة والبيئة

• تنفيذ تحليلات بيئية وبيئية حسب الحاجة

• الحفاظ على العلاقات مع الجهات التنظيمية والشركات الخارجية المختصة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة

• المشاركة في مبادرات ESG المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة

متطلبات الوظيفة:

• شهادة هندسية أو دورات ذات صلة في بيئة العمل، السلامة، والصحة مفضلة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في بيئة صناعية وعالمية مشابهة

• معرفة بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في إسبانيا، إيطاليا، المملكة المتحدة، إسرائيل، تركيا، والولايات المتحدة

• إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office

• خبرة في العمل في مصانع كيماوية تحتوي على مواد سامة تعتبر ميزة إضافية

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة للعمل عبر فرق وظيفية وثقافات متعددة

• مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات وقيادة الفرق وعرض المعلومات
