We’re thrilled to launch ALO’s flagship store in Bahrain, and we’re looking for a results-driven Department Manager / Assistant Manager to help lead our sales and service operations. Your Role – Sales & Service Leadership

As Department/Assistant Store Manager, you'll oversee floor operations, sales execution, and client engagement. You'll be the bridge between frontline energy and strategic retail success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Shop Floor Management

• Lead by example on the sales floor, mentoring the team with a hands-on approach

• Manage shift planning (ROTA) to ensure full floor coverage

• Host briefings and one-on-ones to maintain motivation and drive results

• Handle staff relations with professionalism and escalate when needed

• Deliver ongoing training on product and customer service

2. Client Engagement & Service Excellence

• Maintain ALO’s high service standards with tailored, wellness-driven interactions

• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and confidence

• Cultivate a store atmosphere aligned with mindfulness, community, and movement

3. Sales Performance & KPIs

• Track and analyze sales metrics, conversion, and upselling performance

• Set clear goals and ensure the team understands and meets targets

• Identify opportunities to maximize commercial results on the floor

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Boutique Manager and peer leaders on events, launches, and promos

• Contribute to a culture of feedback, growth, and open team communication

• Experience: 4+ years in a leadership retail role, preferably in fashion or lifestyle

• Leadership: Strong motivator, coach, and team driver

• الإدارة التشغيلية: خبرة في جدولة العمل وحل المشكلات الفورية
