About the Role
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver actionable, data-driven insights that address business needs. Your work will involve gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data, developing KPIs and reports, and presenting clear recommendations to empower decision-making across teams.

As a Team Lead, you will manage around 10 to 12 remote agents, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and equipped to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities
