Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Barista to join our team at C45 Artisan Coffee. As a Barista, you will specialize in crafting high-quality specialty coffee using precise brewing techniques and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-over, AeroPress, and other manual brewing methods.
Maintain a deep understanding of coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques to educate customers and recommend drinks based on their preferences.
Calibrate espresso machines and grinders to ensure optimal extraction and consistent quality.
