Global Advisor

Requirements include: 

 Associate/Bachelor Degree (or equivalent experience) in one or more of the following; Education/Professional Education, Training; Human Resources Organizational Development, Security Management, Risk Management, Strategic Studies, Law, Disaster Management, International Studies, or a related field – or significant industry experience.

Minimum of 5 years working internationally in a complex global organisation, ideally with experience in an INGO setting.

Some experience in developing learning strategies, needs assessment, gaps analysis, instructional design, and learning metrics ideally in an NGO, UN, Military, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Services environment.

Highly proficient in written and verbal communication in English. Additional language skills desirable - French, Spanish.

The position requires the ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 33% of the time and could include travel to high-risk locations with minimal notice.

Roving Reporter - Emergency Communications Specialist

Requirements include: 

 At least five years of progressive work experience with international exposure/external engagement on humanitarian emergencies or fragile country contexts.

Masters or equivalent experience in the field of journalism or public relations, or other relevant field.

Experience in media relations, public speaking or serving as a spokesperson. Ability to work in difficult, insecure and stressful conditions.

Proven field communications experience in emergency settings.

Strong interpersonal, cross cultural and communication skills.

Excellent command of English both written and spoken, plus a second language, preferably Spanish, French, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin or German. Ability to translate INGO terminology into language understood by a wide audience.

المستشار العالمي

تتضمن المتطلبات ما يلي: 

 درجة الزمالة/البكالوريوس (أو خبرة معادلة) في واحد أو أكثر من المجالات التالية؛ التعليم/التعليم المهني، التدريب؛ تطوير الموارد البشرية التنظيمية، إدارة الأمن، إدارة المخاطر، الدراسات الاستراتيجية، القانون، إدارة الكوارث، الدراسات الدولية، أو مجال ذي صلة - أو خبرة كبيرة في الصناعة.

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل على المستوى الدولي في منظمة عالمية معقدة، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك مع خبرة في بيئة منظمة غير حكومية دولية.

تتضمن المتطلبات ما يلي: 

 ما لا يقل عن خمس سنوات من الخبرة العملية التقدمية مع التعرض الدولي/المشاركة الخارجية في حالات الطوارئ الإنسانية أو سياقات البلدان الهشة.

ماجستير أو ما يعادله من خبرة في مجال الصحافة أو العلاقات العامة أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة.

خبرة في العلاقات الإعلامية، والتحدث أمام الجمهور، أو العمل كمتحدث رسمي. القدرة على العمل في ظروف صعبة وغير آمنة ومليئة بالتوتر.

خبرة مثبتة في مجال الاتصالات الميدانية في حالات الطوارئ.

مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل بين الثقافات.

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابةً، بالإضافة إلى لغة ثانية، ويفضل الإسبانية أو الفرنسية أو الكورية أو الكانتونية أو الماندرينية أو الألمانية. القدرة على ترجمة مصطلحات المنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية إلى لغة يفهمها جمهور واسع.
