The teacher supports student success and helps learners reach their full potential by implementing the SABIS® curriculum, educational philosophy, and established teaching methods.
يسهم المعلم في نجاح الطلاب ومساعدتهم على تحقيق إمكاناتهم الكاملة من خلال تطبيق منهج SABIS® وفلسفتها التعليمية وأساليب التدريس المعتمدة.
Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- Teach classes using the lesson plans provided by the school.
- Develop lesson plans from the supplied pacing charts when requested.
- Teach the subject through the SABIS® Point System.
- Mark examinations according to departmental schedules and provided materials.
- Discuss student-performance and disciplinary matters with the Academic Quality Controller and Head of Department when needed.
- Maintain a classroom environment that supports effective learning.
- Proctor examinations and ensure an appropriately managed testing environment.
- Support students with lower academic performance through guidance and motivation.
- Help students improve and reach their full academic potential.
- Prepare students for external examinations when applicable.
- Review previous examinations according to the structured revision schedule.
- تدريس الصفوف باستخدام خطط الدروس التي توفرها المدرسة.
- إعداد خطط دراسية استنادًا إلى جداول التقدم المقررة عند الطلب.
- تدريس المادة باستخدام نظام نقاط SABIS®.
- تصحيح الاختبارات وفق الجداول والمواد المقدمة من القسم.
- مناقشة مشكلات أداء الطلاب والانضباط مع مسؤول الجودة الأكاديمية ورئيس القسم عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على بيئة صفية تدعم التعلم الفعال.
- مراقبة الاختبارات وضمان إدارة بيئة الامتحان بصورة مناسبة.
- دعم الطلاب ذوي الأداء الأكاديمي المنخفض من خلال التوجيه والتحفيز.
- مساعدة الطلاب على تحسين مستواهم وتحقيق إمكاناتهم الأكاديمية.
- المساهمة في إعداد الطلاب للاختبارات الخارجية عند انطباق ذلك.
- مراجعة الاختبارات السابقة وفق جدول المراجعة المنظم.
