We are looking for Chocolate Chef or Chocolatier


 with minimum 2 years of experience as Chocolatier/Chocolate Chef.


We are seeking a skilled and creative Chocolatier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing a wide range of high-quality chocolate products, including truffles, bars, and specialty confections. This role requires a passion for chocolate, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety.


Skills


Chocolate Production:


Create and develop a variety of chocolate products.

Temper chocolate to achieve the desired consistency and finish.

Mold, cut, and shape chocolates and confections according to company standards.

Experiment with new recipes and techniques to expand the product line.

Quality Control:


Maintain consistency in product appearance and taste.

Inventory and Supplies:


Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.

Ordering and receiving supplies.

Manage storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.

Chocolate Maker Role Purpose


The purpose of a chocolate maker is to create delicious and unique chocolate products that will delight customers. This involves researching and experimenting with different flavour combinations, designing and creating molds for the chocolate products, and managing the production process to ensure that the highest quality products are produced.
