What You'll Do
As a Payroll & Treasury Officer, you will play an integral role within our finance team. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing payroll processes for over 150 employees across multiple markets. You will also manage pension and tax reconciliations, coordinate with payroll service providers, monitor payroll taxes, prepare journal entries for the General Ledger, collaborate with HR on employee data updates, liaise with banks on transaction issues or discrepancies, review bank accounts regularly, audit bank charges, and process bank guarantees. This role requires someone who is committed, considerate, cooperative, dependable, empathetic, sensitive, supportive, understanding and warm.
