ELV Project Engineer in bahrain


Responsibilities:


Project Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in coordination with stakeholders and clients.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors involved in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems.

Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and addressing concerns or changes as they arise.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all ELV systems meet industry standards, codes, and specifications, and that installation and integration are carried out according to design plans and best practices.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges early in the project and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.

Resource Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to procure materials and services needed for the project, and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely completion.

Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against milestones, monitor budget expenditures, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including any deviations from the original plan.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that ELV systems are installed and configured correctly, and that they perform according to specifications and client expectations.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, change orders, and as-built drawings, for future reference and compliance purposes.

Post-Project Support: Provide support to clients during the post-construction phase, including training for end-users, troubleshooting technical issues, and addressing warranty claims.

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

AutoCAD skill is required.

Previous experience in project management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry, with a focus on ELV systems.

Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, including security, communication, and automation technologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software tools and Microsoft Office suite.
