Key Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement of construction materials, tools, and equipment as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update purchase orders, inventory records, and delivery schedules.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR – MEP
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for MEP works.
- Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and specifications for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for MEP components.
- Track and certify progress claims, interim payments, and final accounts.
- Analyze and manage variations, change orders, and contractual claims.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Conduct site measurements and verify completed works for valuation and billing.
- Provide regular cost reports and updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, company procedures, and local regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, cost estimation, and project management.
3D DRAFTING SPECIALIST
Job Description:
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D civil engineering drawings, including site plans, grading plans, utility layouts (water, sewer, drainage), road designs, and structural details.
- Work closely with Civil Engineers and Project Managers to understand project requirements and design specifications.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and project specifications.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in 2D/3D drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight project timelines.
JOINERY FACTORY MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
