About Company & Role Purpose:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior management, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. The role involves managing schedules, preparing documents, coordinating communication, and maintaining efficient collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Activities:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Chairman and senior management

• Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other official documents

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

• Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for executives

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely follow-ups

• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions

• Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and records (both digital and physical)
