Quality Controller

Setter Out
Personal Qualities:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years similar experience of setting out and performing detailed shop drawings in a shop-fitting or joinery manufacturing company.

Suitable experience in all aspects of joinery setting out from site survey, preparation of manufacturing shop drawings, through to material take-off and ordering, preparation of site working drawings.

Sound knowledge of manufacturing procedures and common shop-fitting materials including timber, boards, laminates, metal, hardware, and acrylics.

Well-versed in Autodesk AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment.

Senior Site Supervisor
Candidate Requirements:

More than 5–8 years of previous experience in the fit-out industry, ideally working with professional fit-out contracting companies as part of their in-house workforce.

Engage, coordinate with, and lead supervisors if required.

Successful track record of working on all types of projects, e.g., Hospitality, Hotels, High-End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education, etc.
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment.

Very strong technical and execution abilities.
-
Computer literacy on appropriate programs (AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office, etc.).
-
Understanding of all trades involved in the fit-out process, including MEP.
Logistics Manager
Personal Qualities:

Minimum of 10–15 years similar functional experience, majority in an interior fit-out contracting company or Group of companies.

Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager.

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

Experience in freight negotiation with freight forwarders for imports and exports.
-
Expert knowledge in Export Documentation.

Well versed in Import and Export Clearance, Custom Duty Refund claims process.

Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.

Proficient in standard logistics software – ERP systems.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Track record and experience in all aspects of joinery setting out from site survey, preparing manufacturing shop drawings, and cutting lists, through to material take-off and ordering, preparation of site working drawings, and loading lines.

Sound knowledge of manufacturing procedures and common joinery materials including timber, boards, veneers, laminates, and hardware.

Very strong technical and execution capabilities with the ability to solve/provide guidance on technical issues, details, and materials integration such as glass, acrylics, stone, metals, fabrics, etc.

Well versed in Autodesk Products and Microsoft Office applications.

Familiar with FSC, LEED requirements, FR standards, etc.
