Requirements

Female candidate with proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in cleaning, facility management, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Good understanding of the Bahrain market. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. Valid driving license is preferred.

وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تطوير الأعمال لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات. تحديد فرص السوق الجديدة في قطاع التنظيف والصيانة والسعي وراءها. بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء والشركاء والحفاظ عليها. إعداد العروض التقديمية والمقترحات وتقديمها للعملاء المحتملين. التفاوض على العقود وإبرام الصفقات التجارية. التنسيق مع فريق العمليات لضمان تقديم خدمات سلسة. البقاء على اطلاع دائم باتجاهات القطاع وظروف السوق وأنشطة المنافسين.

متطلبات

مرشحة ذات خبرة مثبتة في تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال التنظيف أو إدارة المرافق أو المجالات ذات الصلة. مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وتقديم عروض قوية. القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحقيق الأهداف. فهم جيد لسوق البحرين. يشترط إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ وتُعدّ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية. يُفضل وجود رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
