Senior Site Architect / Project Coordinator
Skills Required:

Excellent ability to read, interpret, and coordinate complex architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Strong leadership and site management skills.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in reviewing technical submittals (shop drawings, materials).

Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment.

Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD essential, Revit highly beneficial, PDF markup tools, MS Office Suite). Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
