HR Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & Admin Manager to oversee the day-to-day human resources and administrative operations of Haji Hassan Group. The ideal candidate will lead recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training, and compliance functions while ensuring alignment with company goals and Bahrain labor law.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.

Oversee payroll, compensation, and employee benefits.
-
Ensure HR compliance with Bahrain labor regulations.
-
Lead employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.

Manage training programs and development initiatives.

Provide HR analytics and reports to senior management.

Supervise administration, fleet & insurance services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor law.

Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:

Raise the profile of ISOLA and explore markets in KSA.

Coordinate with ISOLA Solutions, Bahrain for KSA Sales activities.

Establish and develop business relationships with customers.

Investigate new sales opportunities and actively solicit business from potential customers.

Regular follow-up with existing customers and enhance their orders.

Achieve ISOLA’s sales plans.

Provide after-sales support to customers.

Provide technical support in coordination with the technical department.

Review customers’ requirements and communicate with the management team to facilitate materials.

Manage business relations through frequent visits to customers.
