AOG Desk Coordinator role within the Airfreight department focused on managing Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipments and ensuring seamless operational coordination. Responsibilities
Manage administrative and operational matters for the Airfreight department.
Oversee daily coordination of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipments.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and manage key accounts according to contracts and SOPs.
Ensure 24/7 responsiveness, courtesy, and efficiency during assigned shifts.
Process, coordinate, and document all customer shipment requirements.
Monitor and update AOG shipment movements in real time.
Coordinate transport management activities for timely deliveries.
Work closely with customs clearance teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment release.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in International Logistics or equivalent field.
IATA Dangerous Goods (DG) certification preferred.
Experience handling aero parts, especially AOG shipments.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

متطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات الدولية أو مجال ذي صلة.
يفضل الحصول على شهادة البضائع الخطرة (DG) من الاتحاد الدولي للنقل الجوي (IATA).
خبرة في التعامل مع قطع غيار الطائرات، وخاصة شحنات الطائرات المعطلة على الأرض.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية شفهياً وكتابياً.
قدرات قوية في اتخاذ القرارات وحل المشكلات وإدارة الوقت.
