Machine Technician

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to machine breakdowns.

• Adjust machine parameters.

• Follow all company safety rules and operational procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure safe handling.

• Work closely with production supervisors, quality inspectors, and maintenance teams.

• Report machine performance issues, material shortages, and production delays.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in blown film extrusion and plastic bag manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of extrusion processes, polymers, and film properties.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Blown film extrusion lines (single or multi-layer)

  • Sealing/cutting machines (side seal, bottom seal, garbage bag, T-shirt bag machines)

• Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot production machinery.

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Experience with PLC-controlled machines.

Factory Supervisor

• Responsible for managing daily pallet production activities.

• Ensures production targets are met with good quality and safety.

• Supervises workers, plans daily workload, checks material availability, and coordinates with warehouse/logistics.

• Monitors machines, reports issues, and maintains records.

• Ensures proper housekeeping and safety compliance on shopfloor.

• Supports continuous improvement and smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in pallet manufacturing or wood industry

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Knowledge of pallet production standards and quality checks

• Understanding of machinery used in pallet production (saws, nailers etc.)

• Basic computer skills for production reporting (Excel/SAP preferred)

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets

Preferred

• Knowledge of heat-treatment and fumigation process for pallets

• Forklift license & Driving licence is an advantage

Paper Core Machine Operator

• Set up and adjust paper core winding machines according to production requirements (diameter, wall thickness, length).

• Operate winding, cutting, and trimming equipment.

• Load paper rolls, adhesives, and other raw materials into the machine.

• Monitor machine speed, tension control, and adhesive application.

• Ensure continuous production with minimal downtime.

• Identify operational issues such as misalignment, uneven winding, or glue malfunctions.

• Replace cutting blades, adjust mandrels, and fix mechanical components as needed.

• Assist maintenance technicians with major repairs when required.

• Measure dimensions of finished paper cores (diameter, thickness, length).

• Inspect for consistency, smooth edges, and uniform winding.

• Record production data and report any deviations from specifications.

• Follow all plant safety protocols and equipment handling procedures.

• Keep the production area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Work closely with supervisors, material handlers, and the quality team.

• Report machine performance issues or material shortages promptly.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in blown film extrusion and plastic bag manufacturing.

• Identify and target potential clients in logistics, manufacturing, and retail that need pallet and wood packaging.
