Job Type: Full-time
Role Summary: Lead AI/ML development and deployment to optimize procurement processes. Potential for future AI/ML team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy production-ready AI/ML models

• Implement solutions using LLMs and deep learning techniques

• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for contextual responses

• Conduct A/B testing, performance optimization, and model monitoring

• Provide AI/ML guidance and mentorship to engineers

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and UX teams

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years in AI/ML development, including production deployment

• Strong ML proficiency: model fine-tuning, deployment, evaluation

• Experience with data processing and building high-performance distributed systems

• Ability to measure business impact of AI/ML solutions

Desired (Pluses):

• Experience with MLOps tooling and practices

ملخص الدور الوظيفي:

• تطوير ونشر حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي والتعلم الآلي لتحسين عمليات المشتريات.

• بناء نماذج Production-ready باستخدام تقنيات التعلم العميق وLarge Language Models.

• تصميم وتنفيذ أنظمة Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) لتوفير استجابات دقيقة وسياقية.

• تقديم حلول ذكية للأتمتة وتحليل الأنماط ضمن عمليات المشتريات المعقدة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. تطوير ونشر AI/ML:

   • تصميم نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحسين عمليات المشتريات من مطابقة الموردين إلى تقييم المخاطر.

   • إنشاء خوارزميات لتحليل البيانات والأتمتة الذكية للعمليات.

2. القيادة التقنية وMLOps:

   • ضمان قابلية التوسع والأمان والصيانة للنماذج ضمن البنية التحتية الحالية.

   • تقديم التوجيه الفني والمشورة للمهندسين الآخرين في الفريق.

   • إدارة دورة حياة الحلول من المفهوم إلى النشر والمتابعة.

3. التعاون متعدد الأقسام:

   • العمل مع فرق المنتج والبيانات وUX لتحديد الفرص وإنشاء حلول AI مبتكرة.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في تطوير الذكاء الاصطناعي والتعلم الآلي ونشر النماذج.

• خبرة قوية في تقنيات ML، تعديل النماذج Fine-tuning، ونشرها في بيئات الإنتاج.

• فهم عميق لمعالجة البيانات وتقييم النماذج وبناء أنظمة موزعة عالية الأداء.

المؤهلات الإضافية (مستحسن):

• خبرة في MLOps، وخدمات السحابة مثل GCP، AWS أو Azure.

• خبرة في تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي باللغة العربية.

• معرفة بمجال المشتريات، سلاسل التوريد، أو برامج Enterprise SaaS.
