Instructional Designer
Key Responsibilities:
-
Create immersive learning experiences using Extended Reality (XR) technologies, including VR, AR, and MR.
-
Design instructional methods in compliance with learning methodology, desired outcomes, and content from SMEs.

Implement appropriate tools and practices to build engagement and ensure continuous improvement.

Develop learning solutions leveraging tested XR instructional design theories and methods.
-
Recommend improvements to existing courses, including technology or instructional methods.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in law.

Strong communication, research, and drafting skills.

Detailed knowledge of marine chartering, petroleum shipping trends, maritime laws, oil tanker operations, and product specifications.

Experience dealing with multinational vessel owners, brokers, shipping agents, and international logistics providers.

Computer literate with working knowledge of business applications.
