1. Junior Store Operations Specialist

About the Company:

AZADEA Group is a leading lifestyle retail company operating over 40 international franchise concepts across fashion & accessories, food & beverage, home furnishings, sporting goods, multimedia, and beauty & cosmetics in 13 countries, with more than 700 stores.

Job Purpose:

Assist with various store operational tasks assigned by senior management, focusing on cash processes and sales floor operations, including cash allocation, monitoring customer transactions, and coordinating money, e-cards, and invoice transfers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage alteration, laundry, and reservation services in collaboration with the cashier team, ensuring accurate record keeping.

• Supervise all product movements in and out of the store, reporting issues to stakeholders to maintain stock integrity.

• Consolidate, verify, and submit daily sales reports, cash, bank slips, discounts, exchanges, refunds, receipts, and vouchers from all cash registers.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards, logging any cash discrepancies.

2. Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance to meet their needs according to quality and service standards.

• Deliver excellent customer service through up-selling, cross-selling, offering alternatives, and promptly following up on requests.

• Ensure smooth and efficient receiving of items/shipments while maintaining accurate stock records to prevent theft or discrepancies.

• Arrange and replenish shop shelves continuously, maintaining cleanliness and organization.

• Handle cash registers and customer transactions accurately.

• Fashion-specific: Take precise measurements for necessary alterations, assign prices, and coordinate modifications promptly.

• Multimedia & Lifestyle-specific: Promote additional products and services to achieve daily and hourly sales goals through effective up-selling and cross-selling.

3. Stock Keeper

Responsibilities:

• Classify, store, and tag items in the warehouse daily according to store procedures and item characteristics.

• Participate in inventory counts and report end-of-day stock status to the Shop Manager.

• Receive merchandise, count it physically and electronically, and inspect quality to report discrepancies.

• Assist Sales Associates in replenishing shelves to ensure product availability.

الغرض من الوظيفة:

مسؤول عن دعم إدارة المتجر في المهام التشغيلية المختلفة، مع التركيز على عمليات النقد وأرضية المبيعات، بما في ذلك تخصيص النقد، مراقبة معاملات العملاء، وتنسيق نقل الأموال والبطاقات الإلكترونية والفواتير.

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على تنفيذ وإدارة خدمات التعديل والغسيل والحجز بالتعاون مع فريق الكاشير، والتأكد من تسجيل جميع السجلات بدقة.

• بالنسبة للأزياء: أخذ القياسات بدقة للتعديلات اللازمة، وتحديد الأسعار وفق قائمة الأسعار، وتنسيق التعديلات بدقة وسرعة.

• بالنسبة للوسائط المتعددة ونمط الحياة: الترويج للمنتجات والخدمات الإضافية لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات اليومية والساعة من خلال البيع الإضافي والتصاعدي.

المسؤوليات:

• تصنيف، تخزين، ووضع علامات على المنتجات في المخزن يوميًا وفق إجراءات المتجر وخصائص المنتجات لضمان سرعة العثور عليها وإصدارها عند الحاجة.

• المشاركة في جرد المنتجات وإبلاغ مدير المتجر بحالة المخزون في نهاية اليوم.

• استلام البضائع، عدها ماديًا وإلكترونيًا لضمان دقة المعلومات وفحص الجودة للإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات.

• مساعدة موظفي المبيعات في إعادة ملء المنتجات على الرفوف لضمان توافرها دائمًا.

• شهادة الثانوية العامة

• التحقق من المنتجات والعروض يوميًا للحفاظ على معايير العلامة التجارية.

• دعم الزملاء في المهام الشهرية للجرد لجميع معدات العلامة التجارية.

• الالتزام بمعايير النظافة الشخصية والزي الرسمي في جميع الأوقات.
