Portfolio Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing BANK project portfolios across Bahrain, UAE, and KSA

• Ensure project managers appropriately plan, manage, and execute projects according to the approved EPMO framework and standards

• Streamline the management and reporting of risks, issues, and change processes and work with leaders to create alignment on mitigations and corrective actions needed

• Assist in leading the communication of monthly projects’ status reports and their execution status to the Project Steering Group

• Assist in the development of regular reports for EPMO Sr. Manager and Bank's management and advise on the current as well as future projects submitted for evaluation

• Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of the EPMO department and support project planning and management of various projects

• Oversee the implementation of change initiatives/projects ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and agreed standards

Customer Due Diligence Analyst

Key Performance Indicators:

• Timely completion of KYC reviews and renewals

• Compliance with AML/CFT policies and procedures

• Quality and accuracy of customer risk assessments and documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 1–2 years of banking or compliance experience

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Patch Management Engineer

Role Summary:

The Patch Management Engineer is responsible for managing the end-to-end patching process, ensuring systems are updated securely and efficiently while maintaining business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patch deployment for servers, workstations, and applications

• Coordinate with system owners to schedule and validate patches

• Perform pre- and post-deployment testing and rollback planning

• Track patch compliance and prepare regular status reports

• Integrate patching with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

• 3+ years of experience in patch management or system administration

• Experience with Qualys Patch Management or similar solutions

• Strong understanding of Windows/Linux environments

• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, ITIL Foundation

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• المساعدة في إدارة محافظ مشاريع البنك في البحرين، الإمارات، والمملكة العربية السعودية.

• التأكد من تخطيط وإدارة وتنفيذ المشاريع بشكل مناسب وفقًا لإطار عمل ومعايير EPMO المعتمدة.
