Van Sales Representative
Details
Responsible for achieving objectives through adherence to journey plans, MSL distribution, quality merchandising, expanding customer base, and timely collections for the Van Sales Distribution Channel.
Requirements
- Proven experience in van sales or field sales distribution
- Strong planning and route adherence skills
- Ability to achieve revenue targets and comply with KPIs
- Experience in cash collection and cash deposit procedures
- Good reporting skills for daily activity and scorecards
- Knowledge of stock rotation and FIFO to reduce damage and expiry
- Ability to maintain and upkeep the van and assigned assets
- Strong market awareness and ability to provide competitor feedback

مسؤول عن تحقيق الأهداف من خلال الالتزام بخطط الرحلات، وتوزيع MSL، وعرض البضائع بجودة عالية، وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء، والتحصيل في الوقت المناسب لقناة توزيع مبيعات الشاحنات.
متطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في مبيعات الشاحنات أو توزيع المبيعات الميدانية
- مهارات تخطيط قوية والتزام بالمسار
- القدرة على تحقيق أهداف الإيرادات والامتثال لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية
- خبرة في إجراءات تحصيل وإيداع النقد
- مهارات جيدة في إعداد التقارير للأنشطة اليومية وبطاقات الأداء
- معرفة تدوير المخزون وقاعدة "الوارد أولاً يُصرف أولاً" للحد من التلف وتواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية
- القدرة على صيانة وصيانة الشاحنة والأصول المخصصة لها
- إلمام قوي بالسوق وقدرة على تقديم ملاحظات حول المنافسين
