Travel Reservation Agent (Hindi Speaking)
A reputable Travel Agency is seeking a Junior Reservation Agent to support customers with their travel and booking needs. The role involves providing travel assistance, answering inquiries, offering trip recommendations, and handling ticket reservations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide accurate travel information to customers via phone and other communication channels.

Make flight reservations and process payments for ticket purchases.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide fare quotations professionally.

Collaborate effectively with team members and other related departments.

Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high customer service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hindi speaking is a must.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
