Operator – Gypsum Production (Automation Project)
Job Summary:
We are in the process of automating our gypsum manufacturing facility and are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC machines used in mould production
-
Prepare and optimise files for machining (2D/3D)

Support the transition to automated production systems

Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accuracy and quality
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC machines
-
Strong interest in 3D modeling and willingness to learn new production technologies

Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery and workflow issues

Ability to handle multiple tasks and support automation processes

Experience in gypsum, carpentry, mold-making, or related fields is a plus

المسؤوليات:

تشغيل وصيانة آلات CNC المستخدمة في إنتاج القوالب.

إعداد وتحسين الملفات للتشغيل (2D/3D).

دعم الانتقال إلى أنظمة الإنتاج المؤتمتة.
-
التنسيق مع فرق التصميم والإنتاج لضمان الدقة والجودة.
المهارات والمتطلبات:

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تشغيل آلات CNC.
-
اهتمام قوي بالنمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد واستعداد لتعلم تقنيات الإنتاج الجديدة.
-
مهارات مثبتة في حل المشكلات والقدرة على معالجة أعطال الآلات وسير العمل.
-
القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة ودعم عمليات الأتمتة.
-
خبرة في الجبس، النجارة، صناعة القوالب أو المجالات ذات الصلة تعتبر ميزة.
