Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging science lessons based on the British Curriculum

• Use diverse teaching methods to meet different learning styles

• Prepare lesson plans, notes, and teaching materials aligned with curriculum requirements

• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback

• Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement

• Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

• Manage student behavior effectively

• Communicate with parents regarding student progress

• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices

• Stay updated with developments in science education

• Participate in professional training and workshops

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science

• 3–5 years of teaching experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for teaching and working with students

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• GCC experience in British Curriculum (IGCSE, AS, and A Level preferred)

• استخدام أساليب ووسائل تعليمية متنوعة تناسب أنماط التعلم المختلفة.

• التأكد من فهم الطلبة للمفاهيم والمبادئ العلمية وتطبيقها.

• إعداد خطط الدروس والملاحظات والمواد التعليمية مسبقاً.

• مواءمة الخطط الدراسية مع متطلبات المنهج واحتياجات الطلبة.

• إجراء التقييمات الدورية وتقديم ملاحظات بنّاءة للطلبة.

• متابعة تقدم الطلبة وتحديد نقاط التحسين.

• الحفاظ على بيئة صفية إيجابية وآمنة وشاملة.

• إدارة سلوك الطلبة داخل الصف.

• التواصل مع أولياء الأمور بشأن مستوى وتقدم الطلبة.

• التعاون مع الزملاء وتبادل أفضل الممارسات التعليمية.

• مواكبة أحدث التطورات في تعليم العلوم.

• المشاركة في الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل لتطوير المهارات التعليمية.

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في العلوم.

• خبرة تدريس من 3 إلى 5 سنوات.

• مهارات تواصل وتفاعل ممتازة.

• شغف بالتدريس والعمل مع الطلبة.

• يفضل وجود خبرة خليجية في المنهج البريطاني (IGCSE، AS، A Level).
