We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to align customs-related business processes with solution design and program objectives. This role provides Customs domain expertise, validates requirements, supports workshops, documents processes, contributes to UAT, and collaborates with stakeholders, QA teams, and vendors. Continuous stakeholder engagement is essential to ensure clarity and alignment of requirements.Key Responsibilities
Align business processes with solution design, focusing on customs-related requirements. Provide subject matter expertise in Customs domain processes and enterprise solutions. Review and validate business requirements and user stories. Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and document process flows. Ensure implemented solutions adhere to approved business architecture and quality standards. Collaborate with QA teams on functional validation, UAT, and defect triaging. Support Architecture Board, ZATCA teams, and vendors with requirement traceability. Conduct impact analysis and assessments as needed.↚
Contract Details
One-year contract with relocation to Riyadh. Relocation costs are covered by the client.

نبحث عن محلل أعمال أول لمواءمة عمليات الأعمال المتعلقة بالجمارك مع تصميم الحلول وأهداف البرنامج. يوفر هذا المنصب خبرة في مجال الجمارك، ويتحقق من المتطلبات، ويدعم ورش العمل، ويوثق العمليات، ويساهم في اختبار قبول المستخدم، ويتعاون مع الجهات المعنية، وفرق ضمان الجودة، والموردين. يُعدّ التواصل المستمر مع الجهات المعنية أمرًا بالغ الأهمية لضمان وضوح المتطلبات ومواءمتها.المسؤوليات الرئيسية
مواءمة عمليات الأعمال مع تصميم الحلول، مع التركيز على المتطلبات المتعلقة بالجمارك. توفير خبرة متخصصة في عمليات مجال الجمارك وحلول المؤسسات. مراجعة متطلبات الأعمال وقصص المستخدمين والتحقق منها. تسهيل ورش عمل جمع المتطلبات وتوثيق سير العمليات. ضمان التزام الحلول المُطبقة ببنية الأعمال ومعايير الجودة المعتمدة. التعاون مع فرق ضمان الجودة في التحقق الوظيفي، واختبار قبول المستخدم، وفرز العيوب. دعم مجلس البنية، وفرق ZATCA، والموردين في تتبع المتطلبات. إجراء تحليلات وتقييمات الأثر حسب الحاجة.↚
