Roles and Responsibilities:
Advise and monitor employees to ensure work is conducted per regulations and the company’s safety policy.
Conduct site inspections and daily observations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
Verify completion and submission of injury logs and reports.
Investigate all accidents and near-misses.
Ensure understanding and compliance with accident and near-miss reporting procedures; assist with investigations.
Communicate safety rules during toolbox talks and meetings.
Oversee use and compliance for PPE, fire safety, fall arrest systems, ladders, scaffolds, cradles, and lifting operations.
Conduct emergency drills, internal workshops, external training, and mock-ups.
Perform risk assessments and hazard analyses for all site jobs.
Verify location, activity, and worker competency before issuing PTWs (Permit to Work).
Maintain and update all HSE documents related to projects; ensure availability for HSE and ISO audits.
Conduct regular awareness sessions and safety induction programs.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar safety role, preferably in the construction industry
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or equivalent
Additional HSE qualifications including Fire & Safety Management Systems

ضمان فهم الموظفين لإجراءات الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والمخاطر والمساعدة في التحقيقات عند الحاجة.
توصيل قواعد وتعليمات السلامة من خلال اجتماعات Toolbox وبرامج التوعية.
الإشراف على معدات الوقاية الشخصية، أنظمة مكافحة الحرائق، أنظمة منع السقوط، سلامة السلالم والسقالات، وسلامة الرفع خلال العمليات.
تنظيم ورش عمل وتدريبات داخلية وخارجية لمحاكاة حالات الطوارئ.
تنفيذ تقييمات المخاطر وتحليل الأخطار لجميع الأعمال في الموقع.
التحقق من الموقع والنشاط وكفاءة الأفراد قبل إصدار تصاريح العمل (PTW).
الحفاظ على جميع وثائق الصحة والسلامة البيئية (HSE) الخاصة بالمشاريع وتحديثها باستمرار لتكون جاهزة لأي مراجعة داخلية أو خارجية أو تدقيق ISO.
