Wireman – Solar Project
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Bahrain
Responsibilities:
-
Install and wire solar PV modules, inverters, combiner boxes, junction boxes, earthing cables, and cable trays
-
Perform cable terminations and continuity/insulation tests
-
Follow electrical standards and safety procedures
-
Maintain records of materials, cable lengths, and installation details
-
Assist in troubleshooting and commissioning
Requirements:
-
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Wireman License (Bahrain)
-
2–5 years of electrical installation experience; solar PV experience preferred
-
Ability to read wiring diagrams and use electrical tools
-
Physically fit to work at heights
Safety Officer (Contract – 3 to 6 Months)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct risk assessments and monitor high-risk activities (heights, electrical work)
-
Deliver safety training and perform site inspections
-
Maintain safety management systems and emergency equipment
-
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
Requirements:
-
NEBOSH certification mandatory
-
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
-
Experience in safety inspections, risk assessments, and reporting
-
Knowledge of solar PV systems is an advantage
Architect – Interior Design Division
Key Responsibilities:
-
Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and layouts
-
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and high-quality renderings
-
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients
-
Conduct site visits and assist with material and finish selection
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max
-
Strong design, coordination, and project management skills
General Manager – Insurance Services
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead underwriting, claims, and client service teams
-
Develop marketing strategies and maintain client relationships
-
Manage staff performance and operational budgets
-
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
-
ACII qualification preferred
-
Minimum 6 years’ managerial experience in the insurance industry
-
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

عامل كهرباء – مشروع الطاقة الشمسية (Wireman – Solar Project)
المهام والمسؤوليات:

تركيب وتوصيل وحدات الطاقة الشمسية، العواكس، صناديق التوزيع، الكابلات وألواح التوصيل الأرضية.
-
تنفيذ نهايات الكابلات وإجراء اختبارات الاستمرارية والعزل.

الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والكهرباء والإبلاغ عن المخاطر فورًا.

القدرة على قراءة المخططات الكهربائية واستخدام أدوات القياس والأدوات اليدوية.

اللياقة البدنية للعمل على ارتفاعات والتعامل مع المكونات الكهربائية.
مسؤول سلامة – عقد 3 إلى 6 أشهر (Safety Officer – Contract)
المهام والمسؤوليات:

إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وتحديد المخاطر المتعلقة بأنظمة الطاقة الشمسية.

مراقبة الأنشطة عالية المخاطر مثل العمل على ارتفاعات والأعمال الكهربائية.

تقديم تدريبات السلامة للموظفين حول الإجراءات والطوارئ واستخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية.
-
إجراء تفتيشات ميدانية وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
-
الحفاظ على أنظمة إدارة السلامة وتحديثها.
-
التحقيق في الحوادث وتوثيقها وتقديم توصيات للإجراءات التصحيحية.
المتطلبات:
-
شهادة NEBOSH (إلزامية).
-
معرفة قوية بلوائح الصحة والسلامة.
-
خبرة في التفتيش وتقييم المخاطر.
-
مهارات تواصل وتدريب ممتازة.
-
معرفة بأنظمة الطاقة الشمسية ميزة إضافية.
مهندس معماري – قسم التصميم الداخلي (Architect – Interior Design Division)
المهام والمسؤوليات:
-
تطوير مفاهيم التصميم الداخلي وتخطيط المساحات والرسومات المعمارية.
-
إعداد رسومات 2D ونماذج 3D وعروض تقديمية عالية الجودة.
-
فهم متطلبات العميل وتحويلها إلى حلول تصميم عملية.
-
التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين والمستشارين طوال مراحل المشروع.
-
زيارة المواقع وقياس المساحات ومتابعة تنفيذ التصميم.
المتطلبات:
-
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو التصميم الداخلي.
-
إجادة برامج AutoCAD وRevit وSketchUp و3ds Max.
-
فهم المواد الداخلية وتنفيذ التصميمات بدقة.
-
مهارات تواصل وتنسيق ممتازة.
المدير العام – خدمات التأمين (General Manager – Insurance Services)
المهام والمسؤوليات:
-
قيادة وإدارة فرق الاكتتاب والمطالبات وخدمة العملاء.
-
تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق لجذب عملاء جدد.
-
التفاوض على شروط السياسات والتسعير مع مقدمي خدمات التأمين.
-
تقديم المشورة للعملاء حول حلول التأمين وإدارة المخاطر.
-
متابعة الميزانيات والإيرادات والتكاليف التشغيلية.
المتطلبات:
-
درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
-
مؤهل ACII مفضل.
-
خبرة إدارية لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في التأمين.
