Job Description
As a Stores Helper, the employee is required to perform duties and responsibilities in a professional manner. Receive incoming materials and goods, verifying they are undamaged and of sound quality. Weigh and count received items. Assist warehouse staff in retrieving specified materials and goods from storage as per delivery or shipping orders. Prepare materials and goods for delivery or shipping by packaging and labeling them accordingly. Move all outgoing materials and goods to the delivery area. Ensure all materials and goods are properly secured in delivery vehicles to prevent damage during transit. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials and goods. Utilize warehouse lift equipment to load and unload materials and goods, and move, lift, or stack materials and goods as needed. Organize warehouse materials and goods, stacking them on shelves and racks in accordance with company guidelines. Perform all duties necessary to maintain warehouse cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Responsible for materials and goods loading and unloading. Operate forklift as required.
Helper Requirements
High school degree or equivalent required. Proven experience working as a warehouse helper. Sound knowledge of standard warehouse practices. Good physical health and stamina. Forklift operation.

مساعدة موظفي المستودع في استرجاع المواد والبضائع حسب أوامر التسليم أو الشحن

تجهيز المواد والبضائع للشحن أو التسليم عن طريق التعبئة ووضع العلامات المناسبة

نقل جميع المواد والبضائع الصادرة إلى منطقة التسليم

التأكد من تأمين جميع المواد والبضائع في مركبات التسليم لمنع التلف أثناء النقل
-
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع المواد الواردة والصادرة
-
استخدام معدات الرفع في المستودع لتحميل وتفريغ المواد، وتحريكها، ورفعها، أو ترتيبها عند الحاجة
-
تنظيم المواد والبضائع على الرفوف وفقًا لإرشادات الشركة
-
أداء جميع المهام اللازمة للحفاظ على نظافة المستودع مثل الكنس، المسح، وإزالة الغبار
-
مسؤول عن تحميل وتفريغ المواد والبضائع

تشغيل الرافعات الشوكية (Forklift)
المتطلبات:

شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها

خبرة مثبتة كمساعد مستودع
