-Minimum 5 years experience
-Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
-Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment
-Cleaning service and seating areas
-Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
-Servicing customers and taking orders
-Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
-Receiving and processing customer payments
Intercontinental Breakfast chef:
-Passionate about delivering great service and great food and drinks
-Have 5 Years’ experience as a Chef in a restaurant
-Confident to lead, making time to provide in the moment feedback that helps to drive individual --development and performance
-Have experience with working in all sections of the kitchen
-Early risers!
-Are willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
