NGN International as a fast-developing IT company is looking for a project manager to join the team. NGN International has dozens of IT, Cyber Security, and IoT projects every year, so we have enough exciting challenges to increase our team members project management expertise. You will be involved in managing in-demand projects, experience exchange and mutual support as a part of our technical and PM community.
Responsibilities:
- Control the project starting from initiation phase. Validating presales activities, commercial proposal, to be sure that there are no major risks for budget, quality, terms, resources and wrong customer’s expectations;
- High level control of technical solution during the technical proposal composing, customers technical requirements assessment altogether with vendors and SMEs;
- Establish and manage partner relationships with customer. Build united project team oriented to optimal solution finding in collaboration, which includes customer representatives altogether with NGN International experts. Solving conflicts;
- Establish and manage partner relationships with subcontractors within projects. Participation in negotiations regarding the solution composing, technical requirement alignment, prices. Tasks execution control. Solving conflicts.
- Project planning: schedule, budget, resources, risks, results;
- Project team management: tasks assignment, execution and performance control;
- Documentation development and control: contracts, acceptance certificates, project schedules; reports registries, other project documents;
- Lead generation for the current customers with whom PM has a project and help account managers to upsell;
- Creative project management method tailoring for specific project, team and other circumstances needs;
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with senior project manager, other project participants and stake holders to provide assistance and technical support.
