Position

Senior Workshop Assistant (Duct Workshop)

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist workshop team in preparing materials (GI sheets, flanges, duct accessories)

Support fabrication of HVAC ducts (rectangular & round) including cutting and assembling

Ensure proper duct tagging for identification and traceability

Prepare and verify delivery notes for dispatched materials

Coordinate with workshop team to meet production targets and deadlines

Monitor material usage and report shortages

Assist in basic quality checks for required standards

Ensure proper handling and storage of duct sections

Maintain cleanliness and organization in workshop area

Follow all safety procedures and use PPE

Support maintenance coordination of workshop machinery when required

Perform other duties assigned by Workshop Manager

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field

Experience in HVAC duct fabrication workshop preferred

Basic understanding of ducting materials and fabrication processes

Ability to read and follow technical drawings (advantage)

Basic MS Office skills for documentation and reporting

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory

المهام والمسؤوليات

المساعدة في تجهيز المواد مثل صفائح الجلفنة (GI Sheets)، الفلنجات، وملحقات مجاري الهواء لأعمال التصنيع اليومية

دعم تصنيع مجاري الهواء (مستطيلة ودائرية) من خلال القص والتجميع وترتيب المكونات

التأكد من وضع العلامات على مجاري الهواء لضمان التعريف والتتبع بشكل صحيح

إعداد ومراجعة إشعارات التسليم للمواد المرسلة إلى مواقع المشاريع

التنسيق مع فريق الورشة لضمان تحقيق أهداف الإنتاج والمواعيد المحددة

مراقبة استخدام المواد والإبلاغ عن أي نقص بشكل فوري للمشرف

المساعدة في فحوصات الجودة الأساسية لضمان مطابقة مجاري الهواء للمواصفات المطلوبة

التعامل السليم مع أجزاء مجاري الهواء وتخزينها لتجنب التلف قبل التسليم

المحافظة على نظافة وتنظيم وترتيب الورشة

اتباع جميع إجراءات السلامة واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية

المساعدة في تنسيق أعمال صيانة المعدات عند الحاجة

تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها مدير الورشة

المؤهلات والخبرة

دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو التكييف أو مجال ذو صلة

خبرة في ورش تصنيع مجاري الهواء أو مجال مشابه مفضلة

فهم أساسي لمواد مجاري الهواء وعمليات التصنيع وأعمال الورش

القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الفنية تعتبر ميزة إضافية

مهارات أساسية في استخدام الحاسب الآلي (MS Office) للتوثيق والتقارير

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة) شرط أساسي
