Training Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to analyze, develop, review, update, and validate mission area training assessments, certification standards, and readiness requirements
- Coordinate with fleet staffs, units, training commands, SYSCOMs, and research organizations to ensure training reflects current operational policies and guidance
- Maintain electronic records of training completions for classroom and online courses across mission areas
- Coordinate training events including scheduling, reserving facilities, setting up equipment, recording attendance, and distributing training notifications
- Collect, organize, and maintain training documentation and provide administrative support for training analysis
- Develop and manage integrated long-range training plans to support Basic Phase training and certification requirements
- Serve as Advance Skills Management (ASM) Administrator, maintaining personnel qualifications, training records, and account management
- Support training and readiness systems including DRRS-S, ASM, and ESAMS
Jr Metrics & Data Analyst - Logistics Support
Qualifications:
- Experience with Navy warehousing, supply support operations, and material management procedures
- Strong knowledge of logistics systems including LogiQuest, One Touch, Haystack, and CASREP tracking
- Experience developing and maintaining metrics databases and performing logistics data analysis
- Experience tracking modernization installation impacts and ROI for alterations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Experience using VBA for data automation and reporting
- Knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping documentation, inventory tracking, and distribution
- Experience supporting warehouse planning initiatives and WMS implementation
IT Service Desk Analyst
Job Purpose:
The IT Service Desk Analyst provides Tier I and Tier II technical support to ensure reliable IT services for CNSG-C personnel. This role supports users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing service tickets, and maintaining IT systems and assets. The position also assists with workstation setup, account management, video teleconferencing support, and infrastructure maintenance to ensure continuous system availability and mission readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier I and Tier II helpdesk support in-person, by phone, or electronically via REMEDY ticket system, escalating incidents when required
- Track and document service requests in the REMEDY system, ensuring SLA compliance
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations including setup, drive mapping, printer configuration, and user account support
Lead Defense Travel Administrator (DTS) & Budget Analyst
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience with Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Minimum ten (10) years of Navy accounting and budget execution experience
- Expertise in government lines of accounting and federal fund usage
- Experience managing reimbursable accounts and inter-organizational funding transfers
- Experience analyzing, validating, processing, correcting, and reconciling financial transactions
- Knowledge of Command Financial Systems
- Understanding of Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
