About the Job

Role Summary

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for managing existing customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The ISR is also responsible for developing new leads and targeting prospects.

At the heart of this role is closing sales and exceeding targets. To be successful as an ISR you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Inside Sales Representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and become an expert on the Property Finder solution portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent support and consultation.
• Serve as an advisor for your clients and educate customers on products and services.
• Record opportunities and activities within Salesforce CRM on a weekly basis.
• Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue expectations.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interest.
• Acquire new clients and manage existing accounts.

Key Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional sales experience or in a subscription-based environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and forecasting.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Understanding of the real estate industry is preferred.
• Strong time management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).

عن الوظيفة:

سيكون مندوب المبيعات الداخلية مسؤولًا عن إدارة العملاء الحاليين، وفهم احتياجاتهم، وضمان سير عملية البيع بسلاسة. كما يتولى تطوير عملاء جدد واستهداف الفرص المحتملة، مع التركيز على إغلاق الصفقات وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية. يتطلب هذا الدور القدرة على بناء علاقات سريعة وتحقيق رضا العملاء، بالإضافة إلى روح تنافسية ومهارات استماع عالية.

المهام الوظيفية:

التعرف على منتجات وخدمات الشركة وإتقانها.

بناء علاقات قوية ومستدامة مع العملاء من خلال الدعم المستمر والاستشارات.

العمل كمستشار للعملاء وتقديم التوجيه والتدريب على المنتجات والخدمات.

تسجيل الفرص والأنشطة بشكل أسبوعي في نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء.

إعداد توقعات الإيرادات الأسبوعية والشهرية والربع سنوية بدقة.

التفاوض على العقود وإغلاق الصفقات بما يحقق مصلحة جميع الأطراف.

استقطاب عملاء جدد وإدارة حسابات العملاء الحاليين.

المتطلبات:

خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في مجال المبيعات أو بيئة الاشتراكات مع سجل مثبت في تحقيق الأهداف.

خبرة مثبتة في إعداد التوقعات البيعية بدقة.

إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.

يفضل وجود معرفة بسوق العقارات.

مهارات قوية في إدارة الوقت والتفاوض.

مهارات تنظيمية عالية وخبرة في استخدام أنظمة CRM (ويفضل Salesforce).

مهارات إضافية:

شخصية قيادية ومؤثرة ولديها دافع قوي للعمل.

القدرة على العمل ضمن بيئة تعتمد على تحقيق الأهداف.

الإصرار على النجاح مع مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات.
