1. Senior Auditor - External Audit

Job Details: Permanent, Full Time | Location: Bahrain

Grant Thornton Abdulaal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. As an Auditor, you will play a key role in leading and managing the audit process for a variety of clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage external audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and completeness.

2. Tax Advisory - Senior

Competencies/Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:

• Excellent numeric and analytical skills.
• Result-driven and client focus.
• Ability to meet client deadlines.
• Ability to withstand work pressure.

Qualifications:

• Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or related field.
• Completed a professional qualification, such as CPA/ACCA/CA/ LLB/LLM/LLD/JSD.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the taxation field.
• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns.
• Good knowledge of business processes.

3. PMO/Project Advisor

Skills:

• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in driving successful project planning, execution, monitoring, closing & reporting/analyzing.
• Leadership & Communication: The ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior leadership, board members and other stakeholders.
• Organizational skills: The role demands sound judgment across diverse situations, coupled with robust administrative and organizational capabilities, allowing for the effective management of multiple priorities.
• Financial Acumen: Experience of budget control and financial management as part of project delivery.

4. IT - Governance, Risk, and Compliance Consultant (GRC)

Skills:

• Understanding of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ITIL, ITSM, COBIT, ISO 3100, NIST standards and frameworks preferred.
• For GRC role, hands-on experience on VA tools e.g., Nessus, Qualys etc. would be an advantage.
• Experience of risk management principles and associated methodologies.
• Ideally will have a CEH/ ISO 27001 ISMS/ ISO 22301 BCMS/ CISA/ COBIT/ CISM qualification.
• Proven ability to make sound pragmatic decisions and judgements under tight timelines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to influence and drive change in a collaborative way both internally and externally.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• قيادة وإدارة مهام التدقيق الخارجي، بما في ذلك التخطيط والتنفيذ والإكمال.
• تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء، وتقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة ومعالجة أي مخاوف أو قضايا.
• مراجعة وتحليل البيانات المالية وتقارير التدقيق لضمان الدقة والاكتمال.

• القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.

المؤهلات:

• درجة علمية في المحاسبة أو المالية أو التجارة أو مجال ذي صلة.
• إكمال مؤهل مهني مثل (CPA/ACCA/CA/LLB/LLM/LLD/JSD).
• خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الضرائب.
• معرفة ممتازة بالمحاسبة الضريبية والامتثال الضريبي وجميع أنواع الإقرارات الضريبية.
• معرفة جيدة بالعمليات التجارية.

3. مدير مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO) / مستشار مشاريع

المهارات:

• خبرة في إدارة المشاريع: خبرة مثبتة في دفع تخطيط المشاريع بنجاح، التنفيذ، المراقبة، الإغلاق، وإعداد التقارير/التحليل.
• القيادة والتواصل: القدرة على قيادة وتحفيز الفرق متعددة الوظائف والتواصل بفعالية مع الإدارة العليا وأعضاء مجلس الإدارة وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
• المهارات التنظيمية: يتطلب الدور حكماً سليماً عبر مواقف متنوعة، إلى جانب قدرات إدارية وتنظيمية قوية، مما يسمح بالإدارة الفعالة للأولويات المتعددة.
• الفطنة المالية: خبرة في التحكم في الميزانية والإدارة المالية كجزء من تسليم المشاريع.

4. استشاري حوكمة ومخاطر والتزام تقنية المعلومات (GRC)

المهارات:

• يفضل فهم معايير وأطر العمل (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ITIL, ITSM, COBIT, ISO 3100, NIST).
• لدور GRC، تعتبر الخبرة العملية في أدوات VA مثل (Nessus, Qualys) ميزة إضافية.
