Project Planner
Candidate Requirements
- 7–10 years’ experience in a fit-out company.
- Experience in 5-star hotels, public areas, and rooms.
- Commercial project experience is an advantage.
- Worked on high-rise building projects.
- Preferably based in Jeddah or willing to relocate within KSA.
- Available for immediate joining.
- Experience in Extension of Time claims using different techniques.
- Preparation of baseline schedules, updates, EVM, weekly and monthly reports.
- Preparing dashboards and progress reports.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6; MS Project is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of project sequencing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Senior Project Engineer
Role Summary
Responsible for executing fast-track fit-out projects independently with minimal supervision from the Project Manager.
Role Description
- Manage full project execution from site handover to final delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and performance requirements.
- Optimize use of labour, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate planning, design, estimation, contracting, and construction activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress records.
- Supervise site activities and manage vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure effective communication with clients throughout the project.

- Minimum 10 years total experience in the same field.

- Proven leadership experience at senior management level.
- Strong awareness of market trends and industry developments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
Setting Out Manager
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in joinery setting out from site survey to shop drawings and cutting lists.
- Knowledge of materials including timber, boards, veneers, laminates, and hardware.
- Strong technical skills in material integration (glass, acrylic, stone, metals, fabrics).
- Proficiency in Autodesk software and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with FSC, LEED, and fire resistance standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multinational environment.
Senior Site Supervisor
Candidate Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in the fit-out industry.
- Experience with hospitality, residential, retail, F&B, and similar projects.
- Strong technical and site execution skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate site supervisors.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Understanding of all fit-out trades including MEP.
