Fives Services Gulf is actively seeking a Casthouse Process Expert to join our team in Bahrain.

Fives Services Gulf is the Fives service Centre for the Middle East, with a team of 160 people based in Bahrain, UAE and Saudi Arabia. It provides local customer service, project execution support and local parts sourcing, in addition to refit and modernization projects, audits and technical assistance on customer sites. A dedicated team also handles maintenance of equipment in operation at customer plants.

Job Content
We are currently seeking a Casthouse Process Expert to lead and manage all casthouse projects with customers in the aluminium industry across the GCC, combining process expertise and commercial insights to develop client solutions and drive business growth in line with regional business and operational strategy.
Aluminium Services Sales Manager
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Experience in an aluminium commercial work environment is preferred
Special Requirements
- Proficient user of MS Office and Salesforce
- Excellent knowledge of Aluminium Smelting operations and Gulf Aluminium customer base
- Ability to work in a collaborative and highly visible environment
- Arabic/French speaker is advantageous
- Regular regional travel (once per month per client)
- Occasional international travel required

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة: - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذو صلة. - خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة. - يفضل وجود خبرة في بيئة العمل التجاري للألمنيوم. - إتقان استخدام برامج MS Office وSalesforce. - معرفة قوية بعمليات صهر الألمنيوم وقاعدة عملاء الألمنيوم في الخليج. - القدرة على العمل في بيئة تعاونية وذات ظهور عالي. - يفضل إجادة اللغة العربية أو الفرنسية. - السفر الإقليمي بشكل دوري (مرة شهرياً لكل عميل). - السفر الدولي أحياناً حسب الحاجة.
