Position Summary
Fives Services Gulf is actively seeking a Casthouse Process Expert to join its team in Bahrain. The company works to develop industrial solutions that improve daily life and address technological, environmental, social, and economic challenges.
Fives Services Gulf operates as the regional service centre for the Middle East, with teams based in Bahrain, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, providing customer service, project execution support, technical assistance, maintenance, and modernization projects.
Aluminium Services Sales Manager
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in aluminium commercial or industrial environment preferred.
Special Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium smelting operations and Gulf aluminium customer base.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, high-visibility environment with balanced decision-making.
- Arabic or French language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to undertake regional travel (monthly client visits).
- Occasional international travel required.
