About the job

Daily receipts of Finished goods production and any other incoming goods from external sources and updating the entries in SAP as per actual receipts.

Daily issuance of raw material and any consumables to operations team at regular interval decided mutually with operations team.

Daily reporting of consumption with alert of any irregularity in consumption.

Daily reporting of stocks and raising the requirement while maintaining the safety stock of minimum one month for consumables and two months for raw material (raw material with consideration of goods in transit)

Ensure maximum loading in each trailer / container and increase cost effectiveness by more loading. Alert any empty space to accommodate more material in trailer.

المهام اليومية

• استلام المنتجات النهائية وأي مواد واردة من مصادر خارجية وتسجيلها في نظام SAP وفقًا للكميات الفعلية
• صرف المواد الخام والمواد الاستهلاكية لفريق العمليات بشكل يومي وبالتنسيق مع فريق التشغيل
• إعداد تقارير يومية عن الاستهلاك والتنبيه في حال وجود أي خلل أو استهلاك غير طبيعي
• متابعة المخزون اليومي وطلب الاحتياجات مع الحفاظ على المخزون الأمني (شهر واحد للمواد الاستهلاكية وشهرين للمواد الخام مع احتساب الشحنات في الطريق)
• ضمان الاستفادة القصوى من سعة الشاحنات والحاويات لزيادة الكفاءة وتقليل التكاليف
• التنبيه في حال وجود فراغات غير مستغلة داخل الشحنات لاستغلالها في تحميل مواد إضافية
