Operational Excellence Coordinator

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to work independently, solve problems, and drive results.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement tools.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and drive improvements.

Effective communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Familiarity with APS and digital reporting tools.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence change.

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).

المؤهل العلمي والخبرة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الصناعية أو سلاسل الإمداد أو مجال ذي صلة
• خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة ويفضل في قطاع التصنيع أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الدوران (FMCG)
• مهارات قوية في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي
• قدرة مثبتة على العمل بشكل مستقل وحل المشكلات وتحقيق النتائج

المهارات والكفاءات:

• معرفة قوية بمبادئ اللين (Lean) وأدوات التحسين المستمر
• عقلية تحليلية مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات التشغيلية وتحقيق التحسينات
• مهارات فعالة في التواصل والتوجيه والتفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة
• الإلمام بأنظمة APS وأدوات التقارير الرقمية
• القدرة على التعاون بين الأقسام المختلفة والتأثير في التغيير
• مهارات قوية في استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Word، Excel، PowerPoint، Power BI)
