About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Yacht Interior Specialist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of luxury yacht interiors, with a proven ability to design sophisticated, high-end spaces that maximize functionality while maintaining impeccable aesthetic standards.

This role requires a specialist who has worked specifically in yacht interior design. A portfolio of previous yacht interior projects is mandatory for consideration. Applications without this will not be reviewed.

Responsibilities

• Create luxurious and functional interiors for yachts, including lounges, cabins, bathrooms, kitchens, and entertainment areas.
• Select premium marine-grade materials, textiles, and finishes suitable for yacht environments.

Position: Architect (Master’s Degree in Architecture)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural concept development for floating and land-integrated marine projects
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and 3D models
• Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure buildable solutions
• Integrate sustainable design principles, marine-specific considerations, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and technical partners as needed
• Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and approvals
• Research materials and technologies suitable for marine environments

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Lumion
• Experience in parametric design tools (e.g., Grasshopper) is a plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and technical design skills
• Understanding of prefabrication, modular construction, or marine environments is preferred
