عن الوظيفة: تعتبر هذه الوظيفة مركزية في مصنع ريكت بالبحرين، حيث سيكون مدير هندسة المواقع مسؤولاً عن إدارة وتنفيذ المشاريع الهندسية غير الروتينية والاستراتيجية، والتي تعتبر حيوية لنجاح المصنع وعملياته، مع ضمان توافقها مع أهداف الشركة وتحقيق نتائج الأعمال. يشمل الدور التنسيق مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية لضمان تطبيق مبادئ الهندسة لتلبية متطلبات الإنتاج وتقديم حلول هندسية فعّالة ومرنة لدعم احتياجات العمل.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إدارة وتنفيذ المشاريع الهندسية الاستراتيجية غير الروتينية لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة في المصنع.
• العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق الداخلية والخارجية لضمان توافق الحلول الهندسية مع متطلبات الإنتاج.
• تقديم حلول هندسية فعّالة ومرنة لدعم أهداف الأعمال وتحسين الأداء.
• دمج الابتكار مع الاستراتيجية لضمان استدامة وتحسين عمليات المصنع.
• قيادة فرق العمل الهندسية لتحقيق نتائج عملية ملموسة وفق خطط المصنع.
