Senior Barista (Immediate Joiners preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages, including espresso-based drinks
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Work as part of a team to create a welcoming, efficient café environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of barista experience (specialty coffee experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic English proficiency (Arabic is a plus)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تحضير وتقديم مجموعة متنوعة من مشروبات القهوة والشاي الساخنة والباردة، بما في ذلك المشروبات المعتمدة على الإسبريسو
• ضمان الثبات في الطعم والجودة والعرض
• استقبال العملاء بحرارة وتقديم خدمة ممتازة

• مظهر حسن، سلوك مهني، وموقف إيجابي
• القدرة على العمل بنظام الورديات بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية الأساسية (إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)
