Front of House Cashier (F&B Industry)

Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Front of House Cashier to join our F&B team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring a smooth ordering experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter
• Promote menu items, meals, and ongoing offers through suggestive selling
• Ensure correct order entry into the POS system
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when required
• Support dining area operations when needed
• Follow company service standards and hygiene procedures

Requirements:

• High school certificate or equivalent
• Previous cashier or customer service experience in F&B preferred
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of POS systems
• Strong customer service attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
• Neat appearance and professional behavior

نبحث عن أمين صندوق أمامي نشيط ومركز على العملاء للانضمام إلى فريق الأغذية والمشروبات في البحرين. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة، وإدارة المعاملات بدقة، وضمان تجربة طلب سلسة لجميع الضيوف.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• استقبال العملاء بحرارة وأخذ الطلبات بدقة
• التعامل مع المدفوعات النقدية، وبطاقات الدفع، والمدفوعات الرقمية بكفاءة
• الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم كاونتر الصندوق
• الترويج لعناصر القائمة والوجبات والعروض الجارية من خلال البيع الاقتراحي
• ضمان إدخال الطلبات بشكل صحيح في نظام نقاط البيع (POS)
• التنسيق مع فريق المطبخ لضمان سير الطلبات بسلاسة
• حل مشكلات العملاء بشكل مهني وتصعيدها عند الحاجة
• دعم عمليات منطقة الطعام عند الحاجة
• اتباع معايير الخدمة وإجراءات النظافة المعتمدة من الشركة

المتطلبات:

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها
• خبرة سابقة كأمين صندوق أو في خدمة العملاء في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات مفضلة
• مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية (إجادة العربية ميزة إضافية)
• معرفة أساسية بأنظمة نقاط البيع (POS)
• سلوك خدمة عملاء متميز
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط ووفق نظام الورديات
• مظهر مرتب وسلوك مهني
