Projects Manager

Role Summary:

Working independently, the PM will execute fit-out projects for hospitality and entertainment projects. The PM will be responsible for overall planning, coordination, and management of multiple projects by leading multi-disciplinary teams including subcontractors through project activities to meet client requirements and complete projects successfully, safely, within quality, within budget, and on-time.

Role Description:

• Overall management of projects including client servicing
• Review project details, prepare a plan, and brief the team (Project Kick Off)
• Review/manage and oversee the Project Delivery Schedule
• Review plan and manage Shop drawings, materials submittal process, and guide the setting out on joinery detailing
• Plan and manage the flow of information from sites/clients to setting out, including material submittal approvals, site surveys, installation planning & coordination

Site Supervisor

Role Description:

• Conduct Site Surveys
• Setting out/Marking - Interior finishes on site
• Prepare Work program/Scheduling of Project, preferably in MS Projects
• Prepare Daily/Regular Site Reports with necessary progress pictures and report to PM
• Handle/plan and delegate workers/charge hands depending on work requirements
• Coordinate and follow up with several Trades on site - MEP, Mall, Landlord, Tenant etc.
• Adhere and monitor Safety/First Aid aspects on site periodically
• Report/highlight to PM immediately in case of discrepancies on site vs drawings, emergencies, or accidents

Planner

Process Improvement:

• Contribute to increasing team efficiency by providing operational and administrative support
• Propose and assist in implementing innovations in procedures to enhance departmental functionality and output

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design

Experience & Interest:

• 3-5 years’ experience in project planning, scheduling, and operations within manufacturing or construction/fit-out industry
• Worked on Extension of Time using different techniques
• Baseline Schedules, updates, EVM, Weekly and monthly reports
• Preparing dashboards
• Worked on Primavera P6, MS Project is an advantage
• Understanding proper sequencing of the project
• Working on multiple projects

Plant Engineer

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5-7 years in plant engineering or maintenance within joinery, metal fabrication, or similar manufacturing environments

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of compressors, dryers, generators, firefighting, HVAC
• Familiarity with woodworking equipment, PLC machines, etc.
• Proficiency in CMMS software for maintenance planning

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• الالتزام ومراقبة معايير السلامة والإسعافات الأولية في الموقع بشكل دوري.
• الإبلاغ الفوري لمدير المشروع عن أي اختلاف بين الموقع والرسومات أو الطوارئ أو الحوادث.
